January 6-7-8, 2012	33rd Annual AAM Convention Wyndham Garden Hotel in Oklahoma City The 33rd Annual AAM Convention will be held at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in OKC (same place as last year) on January 6, 7, and 8, 2012. Call 405-685-4000 or 800-622-7666 for reservations by Dec. 21 and ask for AAM rates. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. on Friday morning and the office will be available each morning at 8 a.m. Registration this year will be $85 plus meals.               Friday, Jan 6 Convention opens at 10 a.m. with the Parity Fund Luncheon to elect delegates at noon.  Convention resumes at 2 p.m. Hospitality opens at 4 p.m. and Appreciation Banquet is at 6 p.m. Josh Tickell will be speaker for the Appreciation Banquet Friday night. He is a speaker, author, filmmaker, and enthusiast on alternative fuels. FUEL and FREEDOM are two of his movie productions. Saturday, Jan 7 Convention begins at 10:00 a.m. with Sustaining Member Luncheon to elect delegates at noon.  Business meeting will be at 2 p.m. Hospitality opens at 4 p.m. and free buffet at 6 p.m. and Auction begins at 7. GATHER AUCTION ITEMS NOW Sunday, Jan 8 Church Services at 10 a.m. with a brunch to follow and a short wrap-up meeting. Hope to see all of you in Oklahoma City.
